which are reproduced from original kettles. They're considered "Louisiana Style" kettles because of their shape.
IRON SUGAR KETTLES have no markings on the lip.
CAST ALUMINUM KETTLES have no markings and are "rust free".
FIBERGLASS KETTLES, regardless of size, are all marked
"New Orleans, LA" and are dated.

*These old style 4 and 5 foot kettles are the first kettles that we began selling over 20 years ago. We sent original, antique Louisiana sugar kettles to a foundry and had molds made. These kettles are the heaviest and thickest cast iron kettles that we have in our inventory. Their shape is consistent with the Louisiana style kettles and the lip of the kettle is thicker than other sugar kettles on the market.
